SOCM, based out of Lake City, TN, will host a Green-Collar Jobs Tour on April 13th, 2010.
The tour will include a visit to Buffalo Mountain Wind Energy Center in Oliver Springs, TN, which produces 66 Giga-watt hours annually. The tour will also visit a Knoxville-based business called Sustainable Futures, which helps clients build and implement plans to meet individualized energy usage and sustainable energy generation goals.
