What to Expect at the FastTrac® Program
The FastTrac® Program consists of 10 sessions. The first three sessions focus on developing a business concept that will help achieve individual goals. Participants will establish a personal vision, write the business concept statement and research and analyze the concept for feasibility. The last seven modules will continue through each step of the business planning process. A key outcome of the program is a researched, developed and written business plan that articulates each participant’s business concept. After the plan is complete a feasibility checklist will be used to test for product/service, market and financial feasibility.
What is the Format for Each Evening Session?
Food will be provided at the opening of each evening session. The offering will vary from light snacks to sandwiches and salad. Each class session will be divided into three parts. The first hour will include a facilitated presentation and discussion of the evening’s topic. The second hour will be a guest speaker adding detail and real world experience to the session. The third hour will focus on the participants’ business concepts and plans. There will be varying amounts of homework between sessions. Be prepared!
